Welcome to the online home of John McLeod & Son. We are based in Whitehouse, 3 miles from Alford, Aberdeenshire. We hope you enjoy our website, why not look at what we have to offer or get in touch.

We first opened for business in 1927, as a garage serving the local community. We diversified in to the supply of railway sleepers and ex-army supplies in the 1960’s. Today we still offer a wide range of railway sleepers from reclaimed to brand new, softwood, hardwood and oak.

We also supply patio paving, ammo boxes and jerry cans. Shipping containers of various sizes, new and second hand for hire or sale. Anything else you are looking for please call us and ask. Feel free to contact us for more information.
